This page contains fun arts and doodles I did for my comic, as well as art from the previous ideas I had, some of which I scrapped completely, others of which I had a page or two. None of these ideas got far, but the art is still here.
There are characters on here that you will have not seen in my comic. This is because they were either originally planned to come out later, or were for a completely other idea.
Besides the comic I did now, other ideas have included:
-A story about three brothers trying to find their father (Adventure)
-A girl who has to save the world from a virus that causes superpowers (Dark Horror, Coming of Age)
-Three people stuck in the apocalypse desperate for food and decide cannibalism may be the best solution (Comedy)
-A young boy gets stuck on a planet and is framed for a crime he didn't do, but the only way to escape is team up with the oddest aliens there (Adventure, Comedy)
-The story of a clown who falls in love with a witch (Romance)
-Two boys addicted to claw machines (RomCom)
I wanted to share some of this art to show that it's very common not to go with your first choice. Most self-publishing comic book artist go through multiple ideas before picking "the one" and even then may drop it half way through. These are basically the trials and errors of these attempts. Art is not perfect. Ideas aren't perfect. These just show that it's alright to try different ideas, so long as you don't give up.
